1. You get to choose your venue.
All you need for a marquee wedding is a bit of space! This could be at home, whether your own or a relations’, or you may have found the perfect venue but it doesn’t quite accommodate the number of guests you would like to invite. Gardens don’t have to be enormous and marquees can be cleverly constructed to fit a space perfectly, making the most of existing rooms and any beautiful views and cater for weddings of all sizes.
2. Choose a marquee that suits your day.

3. Take advantage of a view and the natural light.
Bring the outside in – if you have a lovely view, don’t miss out, make sure you can see it all day. Frame marquees are particularly good as they can be supplied with clear window walls, gable ends and clear roofs, which means that you still see that fabulous view when you are inside the marquee as well.
4. Flexibility on the number of guests.
You get to choose your guest numbers with a marquee. Whilst you do need to make sure that you have got the right size structure to accommodate everyone, essentially it is up to you how it works. So formal or informal, whatever your day or evening guest numbers a marquee is a flexible room which can be created in a size to fit your celebration!
5. Work to your budget.
Whether you have a generous budget or not, a marquee wedding gives you greater flexibility to work within your price range. You get to choose your venue, marquee and decor, caterers, menu, bar and florist; there are a great range of suppliers for all budgets.
6. Your choice of Food.
Being able to select your caterer means that you get to choose exactly what you want to eat. From a formal meal to hog roasts, pizza ovens or fish and chips. There is such a great range of event caterers that do an amazing job, to suit all tastes and budgets. We are happy to recommend caterers that we have worked with (and tasted their food!).
7. You don’t have to follow tradition.
Marquees are great if you want to do your own thing. If you want to break free from the norm and not follow the traditional wedding day format, do it – it’s your day.
8. What about the Weather
Our weather can be unpredictable but we can plan for that – we take stock of the weather a couple of days before your Wedding and if necessary supply heating, extra window walls and awnings to keep your guests dry and warm.
9. You get to choose your finish time!
Nobody wants the party to end too early and, within reason, at a marquee wedding you can decide the finish time, so make sure you have lots of music organised to ensure that everyone is up dancing!
10. Extend the celebration
Many of our clients host a lunch the day after the wedding for friends and family – a great way to extend the celebration and catch up.
